About Me

Shalini A. Sareen is the Founder and Director of ‘Inner Kompass’. She is a certified executive and leadership coach, specializing in NLP and emotional intelligence. She is also an organizational development specialist, helping leaders and teams unlock potential. She holds an Advanced Mastery Certification in Intelligent Leadership Executive Coaching (ILEC), a program developed by John Mattone, the former executive coach to the late Steve Jobs.

She coaches senior leaders and CXOs to refine their leadership style, strengthen performance discipline, and build purpose-led, high-performing work-cultures. She also partners with VPs, Directors, Founders, and professionals to:
